This immersion creates a safe space for people to do the deep work required for self reflection, vulnerability, and integrating newfound insights into their everyday and professional lives.

Using CPS (Creative Problem Solving) to Solve Your Team’s Most Complex Objectives

This is a multi-day highly interactive and collaborative process where I help teams define their most high impact objectives and together we systematically reverse engineer a short, mid, and long term plan to achieve those objectives.
